when I was little, I used to write my J’s backwards and my name contains a J and I remember all the teachers telling me “you’re doing it wrong, turn the J around” and I was just like “um no I’m pretty sure this is my name and that this is how you write a J” and proceeded to write more J’s backwards until around 1st grade where I swallowed my pride...
